Amenity Announcement
We’re excited to announce a new amenity center is coming to our community, giving all Wildlight
residential association members more ways to enjoy nature and outdoor entertainment.
The amenity features a family-sized pool with an adjoining six lane lap pool, as well as an open-air
pavilion and event lawn. An inclusive playground and grassy lawns will be situated next to a picnic
area to welcome Wildlight families and visitors.
Slated to break ground in 2025, the amenity center will be in Westerly Park, the newest Town
District neighborhood near the Exchange and Hamlet. A nod to its geographical location within the
community meaning “wind from the west,” Westerly Park will offer fresh new home designs from two
nationally recognized homebuilders.
Residents can expect to enjoy access to the new amenity center in spring of 2026.
